Our Mission
The Church is beautiful, but the state of ministry in the Church is broken. Impact Center exists to rescue, restore, and revitalize Catholic ministry leaders and through this we will see revival in the Catholic Church.
Impact Center’s mission is to provide spiritual renewal and human formation for ministry leaders, helping you rediscover your identity in Christ.
We want you to serve from a place of spiritual wholeness, where your heart is full and your purpose is clear.
By ministering to the ministers of the Church, we ensure that those who shepherd others are themselves cared for, formed, and renewed. In practical terms, that means everything we do from retreats, and workshops to one-on-one mentoring, is focused on restoring your spirit, reviving your passion, and equipping you to lead with fresh strength.

Jim Beckman
Founder & Executive Director
Serving from Denver, CO
Jim Beckman brings over 30 years of national leadership in Catholic ministry to his role as Founder and President of Impact Center. A graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville, Jim has mentored and formed thousands of leaders through his work with FOCUS, Life Teen, the Steubenville Conferences, and as the founding architect of YDisciple at the Augustine Institute.
Jim is a sought-after speaker and spiritual mentor known for helping leaders rediscover their identity in Christ, reignite their passion, and return to mission with clarity and peace. He is also the author of God, Help Me: How to Grow in Prayer.

Gina Bauer
Missionary
Serving from Minneapolis–St. Paul, MN
Gina Bauer is a gifted missionary, teacher, and speaker who has spent decades forming leaders, families, and young people in the Catholic faith. Known for her dynamic style and compassionate heart, she brings clarity and conviction to conversations about the dignity of the human person.
Gina holds a Master’s in Theological Studies from the University of Dallas and is the author of Undivided Love: You Are Worth the Fight. Her ministry is deeply rooted in her personal vocation as a wife and mother, giving her a powerful ability to connect, inspire, and walk with those in the trenches of ministry.

Kevin Bailey
Missionary
Serving from the Lansing–Detroit, MI area
Kevin Bailey serves ministry leaders who are longing for deeper intimacy with God and renewed strength for their mission. With a background in youth and adult ministry and formation from Benedictine College and the Encounter School of Ministry, Kevin brings wisdom, gentleness, and a listening heart to every encounter.
He’s passionate about helping others experience the Holy Spirit, embrace their true identity in Christ, and live with freedom, joy, and lasting fruit.

Eric Dumas
Missionary
Serving from Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN
Eric Dumas brings more than a decade of experience forming and accompanying Catholic leaders throughout the Twin Cities. A native of rural West Michigan and a graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville, Eric has served in campus ministry with Saint Paul’s Outreach, coached parish leaders through Amazing Parish, and worked as a lay formator and program lead at The Saint Paul Seminary.
Eric is a certified Catholic cognitive behavioral coach with expertise in spiritual accompaniment, CliftonStrengths, addiction recovery, and the Working Genius. He and his wife, Lori, have been married since 2006 and became parents through the gift of adoption when Eric was 41. His ministry is grounded in a desire to help leaders grow in freedom, self-knowledge, and confidence in the unique mission God has entrusted to them.

Philip Klaas
Missionary
Serving from Cape Girardeau, MO
Philip Klaas is a husband and father of four, and he loves Jesus and His gospel.
He holds a degree in catholic philosophy and theology and a certificate from the Encounter School of Ministry. For over a decade, he’s served the Church, including time as a seminarian, work in parishes and parochial schools, missionary work with FOCUS, and directing evangelization and discipleship at a Newman Center.
Experiencing his own need for mentoring, healing, and renewal in the Holy Spirit has inspired him to “be there” for ministry leaders seeking the same.
