Jim Beckman
Support Jim’s Missionary Work at Impact Center
Hi, I’m Jim Beckman, Founder and Executive Director of Impact Center. After more than 30 years in ministry, I’ve come to believe deeply that those who serve the Church need care themselves. That’s why I started Impact Center: to walk alongside ministry leaders, helping them rediscover their identity in Christ, find spiritual renewal, and return to mission with peace and clarity.
Over the years, I’ve served in leadership roles with FOCUS, Life Teen, and the Augustine Institute, and I helped create YDisciple to mentor youth leaders nationwide. I’m also a graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville and have spent decades mentoring leaders in parishes, dioceses, and national apostolates.
Through your monthly support, I’m able to lead formation retreats, mentor leaders one-on-one, develop new resources, and respond quickly when dioceses and parishes reach out for help. Your support gives me the freedom to be present where I’m needed most without having to stop and raise funds each time a new opportunity comes up.

Andy Lesnefsky
Support Andy's Missionary Work at Impact Center
Hi, I’m Andy Lesnefsky, Director of Strategy and Development at Impact Center. After years in parish ministry and leading Vagabond Missions, I’ve seen how easily leaders in the Church can burn out. Now, I’m focused on building sustainable systems and strong relationships to ensure ministry leaders get the spiritual and practical support they need.
Before joining Impact Center, I served as a parish youth minister for 15 years and led Vagabond Missions through a period of rapid growth in reach, staff, and funding. I’m also the founder of ShareJesus, a digital evangelization platform, and a graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville.
At Impact Center, I help grow our reach, coach our team, and develop partnerships that allow more missionaries to step into this work full time. I also spend time mentoring leaders and sharing the stories of what God is doing through this mission.

Gina Bauer
Support Gina's Missionary Work at Impact Center
Hi, I’m Gina Bauer, and I serve as a missionary with Impact Center. I’ve spent years ministering in parishes, schools, and dioceses, and I know how important it is to care for the people who care for others.
I’ve served as a youth minister, teacher, and trainer throughout Minnesota, and I’ve led countless retreats, workshops, and formation events for young people and ministry leaders. I hold a Master’s in Theological Studies from the University of Dallas and recently published a book titled Undivided Love: You Are Worth the Fight.
At Impact Center, I lead retreats, give talks, provide mentorship, and walk with leaders as they seek to live out their vocations with integrity and joy. I also write and create new resources that bring faith to life in practical, personal ways.

Kevin Bailey
Support Kevin's Missionary Work at Impact Center
Hi, I’m Kevin Bailey, a missionary with Impact Center. My role is to minister to those who minister, walking with leaders in the Church through retreats, formation, and personal accompaniment.
I’ve served in youth and adult ministry for over a decade and was formed through Benedictine College and the Encounter School of Ministry. My background includes parish leadership, small group discipleship, and hosting retreats focused on identity and healing.
Before joining Impact Center, I served in youth and adult ministry and completed formation at Benedictine College and the Encounter School of Ministry. I’ve experienced the challenge of trying to pour out while feeling empty, and I now help leaders live from a place of wholeness and connection to Christ.
