We walk with ministry leaders: priests, lay leaders, and missionaries, offering mentoring that is personal, prayerful, and rooted in relationship. Whether you're on the edge of burnout or simply longing for clarity and support, you're not alone.

Triage Care: Support in Moments of Crisis
When the weight feels too heavy to carry or something breaks, we’re here to help you take the first step forward.
Triage care is our immediate response when leaders are facing a crisis. Whether it's burnout, moral distress, leadership breakdown, or personal hardship, our role is to walk with you as you find the right help.
Most often, this means:

Listening prayerfully and offering immediate spiritual support

Helping you clarify your next step

Connecting you with trusted partners who are experts in their field, such as therapists, spiritual directors, leadership consultants, or medical professionals
You don’t have to carry this alone. We’re here to help you get the care you need.
Ongoing Mentoring and Coaching
Sometimes what you need isn’t a program. It’s a person. Someone who has walked the road and can offer wisdom, accountability, and encouragement. Our missionaries serve as mentors, walking with you consistently as you lead from a place of wholeness.
Ongoing mentoring includes:

Monthly one-on-one meetings (virtual or in-person)

Discernment and spiritual support

Practical strategies for leadership, boundaries, and team dynamics

Prayerful accompaniment grounded in your relationship with Christ
Small Group Cohorts Coming Soon
We are preparing to launch small group cohorts for peer mentoring and formation. These will be short-term, closed groups led by an Impact Center missionary, built around shared experience and authentic community.
Each cohort will include:

Guided discussion and spiritual reflection

Practical leadership formation

Mutual encouragement and accountability

Space for friendship and honest conversation
Our Local Commitment
Our missionaries prioritize their local areas first. Their primary mentoring efforts focus on the people and dioceses where they are physically present. If we don’t have someone near you, we’ll work to connect you virtually or refer you to another trusted partner in ministry.
