At Impact Center, we recognize that those who serve often do so at the expense of their own spiritual and human formation. The Core Impact Retreat is our response: a holy refuge for Catholic leaders to rediscover their identity in Christ, encounter deep healing, and be renewed from the inside out.

What to Expect


This multi-day guided retreat invites participants into a rhythm of prayer, reflection, and community that integrates theology, spiritual direction, and human formation. Centered on four transformative themes, the retreat creates space for Jesus to do the interior work that restores the soul:
  1. Relationship: Encountering the Father’s pursuit. We root our identity and mission in intimacy, not obligation.
  2. Identity: Healing the orphan spirit. We move from striving to abiding through surrender, silence, and spiritual restoration.
  3. Conversion: Embracing God’s gentle pedagogy. Lasting transformation flows through invitation, not pressure.
  4. Mission & Purpose: Rediscovering your ‘why.’ You are not what you do — you are God’s beloved, sent with purpose.
 
Each theme is explored through teachings, guided prayer, personal reflection, small group sharing, and time for rest.
